Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with tennishub.in to be as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle 7-days return and exchange policy starting from the day the order was delivered. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 7 days and your money will be refunded as store credit on your Tennishub account. This may take about 10 days. In case of any return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Below are a few additional details to be considered in order to ensure a smooth return or exchange:


  • Rackets must be returned completely unused and must have the plastic wrap on the handle and cannot have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes on the bumper guard.
  • Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them.
  • Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.

tennishub.in reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Our refund policy stipulates that any refunds you receive will come in the form of store credits only. Importantly, these credits won't have any predetermined expiration date, granting you the freedom to apply them towards future purchases at your convenience. This approach ensures that your funds remain readily available for as long as you need them, offering a hassle-free and flexible shopping experience.
